The top photo on the left displays a dual-factory project for Almic Plumbing. The project consisted of two 350sqm factories completed within 4 months from the start of construction. Both factories were leased within 2 weeks of the completion of the construction.

14 Adams Crt, Sunshine, Victoria
Brief:
The second photo on the left displays a 3800sqm factory built for Designer Doorwares. The factory was built on top of a metre of compacted fill in order to maximise the exposure for the stylish building.

Brief:
The bottom photo on the left displays a site of four factories of approx 380sqm each. All four factories were built for the Spandoni Bros and they were all sold directly off the plan
